Hot water

That's not asking for much in a hotel, is it? Yesterday afternoon and evening the hotel had none. After it had gone AWOL for several hours, I decided to call and see when we could expect its return. Apparently the customer service manual says that when there is an ongoing problem, do not answer the phone for any reason. I let the front desk phone ring a good 50 times before I chose to hang up. That's the way to run a business...

Perhaps your next career could be evaluating hotels...instead of cars?

Next time (hopefully there isn't one...) take your soap to the hot tub and bathe there! hee
